Has Anyone Else Had This Shipping Issue?

Hi all -- there was a thread not too long ago about shipping issues. However, everyone seemed to mostly touch on how long items took to arrive once shipped. However, I'm having a slightly different issue and I'm wondering if I'm the only one out there or what the issue might be.

I placed an order on Wednesday, 9/27. That was one week ago. I've been checking my order status every day, and it says that it's in progress, but still has not yet been shipped! Is that normal for items to wait a week before leaving the warehouse? I received my order confirmation and summary via e-mail instantly after placing the order. I was hoping I'd have my items by now (my first very purchase from the AG Web site!).

Yes...I had the same thing with one of my orders over a week ago. It was in progesss about 5 days beofre it was shipped and then cam UPS basic..whick was actually delivered by USPS

I've had a similar issue with an order I placed last week. I placed two separate orders, 5 minutes apart from one another, and one of them is out for delivery today, and the other hasn't even left Illinois. I'm not sure what the hold up could have been, but now it will probably not get here until Friday...maybe.

My last order was in process on the website the day UPS delivered it.

I figured out what the problem was! I called AG and here's what we figured out:

I used my PayPal debit card to pay for the order, which is tied to my checking account. I read that it can be used to make credit card purchases online. I guess that wasn't right! So I canceled my order and will have to re-order online or perhaps head up to AGPNY. [img]wink.gif[/img]

Interesting. Thanks, guys! [img]smile.gif[/img] I wonder what the hold up is. Well, at least I'm not worried anymore since I see it's somewhat common.

This is odd. I placed an order the same day as you, and it is supposed to come today! Already checked and it is out for delivery! Maybe you should call? sometimes they will hold the account if the CC number expired or something else like that. Happened to me once. Hope they ship it out to you soon.
